Ryan Vance
Ryan Is the COO of Stuck Enterprises Inc. and was raised in Elkins, WV and Seneca Rocks, WV. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Waynesburg College and attended Duquesne University for Law School.
He has worked at Stuck Enterprises since 2007 and became a partner in Deep Creek Timber Frames in June of 2021. Prior to that he worked for five years as the District Manager at a regional logistics company. Although he is new to the Timber Frame Industry, Ryan has 15 yrs of experience managing numerous building projects for Stuck Enterprises.

Ryan lives in Morgantown WV with his wife and son, and has a daughter and granddaughter who live in Charlotte, NC. Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, officiating high school basketball and watching his son play sports.
Steve Richards
From site planning and design to construction, Steve Richards, of SWR, LLC and Deep Creek Timber Frame, has been in the development and custom home industry for more than 30 years.
He specializes in all aspects of custom home building, from helping to select quality builders to understanding all aspects of the building process including working with planning and zoning, and obtaining permits. Steve is the developer of several mountain resort communities in West Virginia and Maryland has built over 100 custom homes in West Virginia and the Deep Creek Lake, MD area.
His timber frame homes stand out as extraordinary, from the design to the quality of materials and construction. Steve has a reputation for building unique high-quality homes in a vast range of sizes and custom finishes.
Steve has lived in the Deep Creek Lake area for over 20 years with his partner, Paula, and their 3 dogs, and enjoys fly fishing and a glass of good wine after a hard days work.
